The 8 vegetables contain full of vitamins and essential nutrients. Might be a little strong to juicing amateur. With time they will get use to it and appreaciate its cleansing properties. Drink 3 times a week to help change your body.

Ingredients

  •  2 medium size tomatoes
  •  1 medium size carrot
  •  1 stalk of celery
  •  1 kale leaf
  •  1/4 beet
  •  1 handful of spinach
  •  1/3 cabbage
  •  1 small bunch of parsley

Directions

  • Before extracting, soak ingredients in cold water for about 30 min.
  •  Wash ingredients well.
  •  Cut carrots into chunks.
  •  Cut celery into pieces of 1 inch in length.
  •  Remove stems from tomatoes.
  •  Cut cabbage into chunks.
  •  Juice all ingredients in the Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer alternating between leafy greens, tomato and cucumber.
