Ingredients
- 2 Medium Size Tomatoes
- 1 Medium Size Carrot
- 1 Stalk of Celery
- 1 Kale Leaf
- 1/4 Beet
- 1 Handful of Spinach
- 1/3 Cabbage
- 1 Small Bunch of Parsley
Directions
- Before extracting, soak ingredients in cold water for about 30 min.
- Wash ingredients well.
- Cut carrots into chunks.
- Cut celery into pieces of 1 inch in length.
- Remove stems from tomatoes.
- Cut cabbage into chunks.
- Juice all ingredients in the Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer alternating between leafy greens, tomato and cucumber.
