Orders placed during regular business hours are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, the expected delivery lead time is 2-7 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped!

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

SELF COLLECTION

If you had selected Self Collection, you will receive a call from us once your item is ready for collection.

Self collection is available at 2 locations:

RETURNS (VALID ONLY IN SINGAPORE)

Change of mind? Returns are valid within 7 days for returns of goods in its original condition & packaging.

Once a return item is initiated online, the item must be sent back to us within a 7 day time frame to: 6 Tagore Drive #03-04 Tagore Building Singaore 787623

Upon receipt of the return, the goods will be checked and a refund or store credit will be initiated to your account.

No return policy are allowed for items on clearance or sale. No return policy is applied for orders made out of Singapore

FOR RETURNS

  1. Click on the return button
  2. A notification will be sent to our team to inform us of your return intention.
  3. Print the provided return label and affix it onto the packaging.
  4. Return your packaging to the address as indicated on the return label. (You will have to arrange your own transport or delivery for return)
  5. Once the return item is verified in order at our warehouse, we will activate a refund to your card or account accordingly.

Should the return package be incomplete or missing or used or not returned in its original condition, the refund/return request will be rejected and our team will be in touch with you again.
